New Website Helps Volunteering in Marshfield

-Getting connected to local volunteer opportunities in the Marshfield area just got easier.Marshfield Area United Way announced that a new volunteer website has been launched. The new website is very user-friendly and offers new features for agencies and organizations recruiting volunteers and for volunteers alike.
Programs and organizations registered with the website are given an entire page to post volunteer opportunities, information about who they are and what they do, pictures, videos, in-kind needs, and more. Additionally, events can be posted on the website to help recruit volunteers and create awareness about local events in the area for people to take part in.
Volunteers are able to search for volunteer opportunities by agency, interest, and/or skill. The website is also able to inform volunteers of opportunities that become available by any of these categories as well.
The website is extremely easy to use and has an attractive format that promotes a vast array of volunteer experiences. Whether you are looking for one-time events or family-friendly volunteer opportunities, the new site search capabilities will find just the volunteer opportunity that you are looking for.
