Spencer Man Sentenced for Smashing Marshfield Clinic Windows

-A Spencer man was found guilty due to a no contest plea of smashing several windows at the Marshfield Clinic.Back in March, William Sachs destroyed several windows with a hammer at the Urgent Care Building of the Marshfield Clinic. He then proceeded to the Russell Lewis Building and destroyed several windows there.
No one was hurt in the incident and the cost of the damage was estimated at over 13,000 dollars.
Sachs did plead no contest to two counts of felony criminal damage to property and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. He was then found guilty of the charges.
Sachs was placed on probation for 3 years and he owes the courts over $2,000. He must also receive counseling, take all his medications and is not allowed to have any contact with the Marshfield Clinic System.
