Former Athens And Mosinee Coach Gets Prison Time

The former Athens and Mosinee girl?s basketball coach accused of sexually assaulting one of his players is going to prison.54-year-old Rory McKellips was found not guilty of repeated sexual assault of the same child, and not guilty of exposing his genitals or pubic area. He was found guilty of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and he was also found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer.
Bond was revoked and McKellips was remanded to the Marathon County Jail, where he will await a presentence investigation and a sentencing date. He is likely to get between five and forty years in prison.
McKellips will have to register as a sex offender when he is released from custody.
