2013 Special Olympics Wisconsin State Summer Games

-Next weekend, UW-Stevens Point will be hosting the 2013 Special Olympics Wisconsin State Summer Games.SOWI provides year-round training and competition opportunities through 17 different Olympic-type sports for nearly 10,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities. This great event allows the competitors to show their skills in a wide variety of competitions.
Special Olympics Wisconsin is looking for around 160 volunteers to escort athletes, present awards, and time events at the 2013 State Summer Games at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on June 6-8, 2013! All volunteers receive a free T-shirt!
