Co-op Items Approved at Neillsville School Board Meeting

-Several co-op items were approved at the Neillsville School Board Meeting on Monday.The board approved to share a band teacher with Granton once again. The contract remains the same as last year, but the price did increase slightly.
A two year co-op agreement for Track with Granton was also approved. Neillsville?s track coach is in favor of the co-op and the billing will be the same as always for situations like this, per student.
The district?s membership in the WIAA was approved. The price was the same and this allows Neillsville to participate in the tournament series.
The board approved the Student Insurance for 2013-2014. The basic package with First Agency comes to $14,896 and that is the same as last year.
Finally, the board approved the lunch prices for the next school year. The price did increase slightly for high school students. For the next year, elementary students will be paying $2.10 for their lunch and high school students will be paying $2.30.
