Trail Maintenance and Funds Transfer at Clark County Board of Supervisors Meeting

-The Clark County Board of Supervisors had a brief meeting on Tuesday.The board unanimously approved two resolutions. The first was a resolution regarding funding for snowmobile trail maintenance. Clark County is eligible for annul funding of the trail system at 250 dollars per mile.
By approving this resolution, the money will help cover the maintenance of over 377 miles of the trail system. The board did approve this unanimously as Clark County?s trails are a big draw for snowmobilers.
A second resolution unanimously approved was the transfer of funds into several different accounts including the Nutrition Fund at $21,009, the Circuit Court at $15,221.76, Elections at $160.26, Tax Deed at $15,092, ATV Patrol and Homeland Security at $1,668.61, and Emergency Management at $554.93.
The funding for these accounts was not adequate so the transfer was needed.
