-A judge has ruled in favor of a company that plans to build a large dairy operation in southern Wood County.Judge Thomas Eagon Thursday ordered the town of Saratoga's building inspector to issue permits for seven structures for the Golden Sands Dairy.
The Wysocki family filed a lawsuit asking the judge to issue the permits. The family says it applied for the permits before the town placed a moratorium on new construction.
The Wysocki family wants to develop a farm with 7,000 acres and 5,300 animals near Wisconsin Rapids.
The town of Saratoga says the Wysockis didn't submit all the necessary paperwork before the moratorium started. The Wysockis' company says it met all requirements.
Several hurdles remain before the project can continue.
