Black River Falls Man Charged for Arson

-A Black River Falls man was charged for hiring a worker to burn down his tavern.The Rustic Mill Tavern burned down in July of 2011. The owner, Brian Adkins, hired one of his part-time employees, Kyle Rott, to start the fire.
Rott has already been charged with arson for his part in the crime and so has Tyler Keck, Rott?s son, who was also a part of the incident.
Adkins was also charged for not turning over more than 30,000 dollars in sales tax and employee withholdings.
