Overnight Highway 29 Closures

-If you happen to be traveling Highway 29 the next few days, the Department of Transportation wants you to be aware of some overnight closures.Highway 29 was scheduled to be closed earlier this week, but due to the weather, they closure were pushed back.
Crews plan to close WIS 29 (between WIS 107 and Marathon County O) on March 20 and 21 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. On March 22 the highway will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The closures are necessary for the construction of the new County O interchange over WIS 29.
During the closures, traffic on WIS 29 will be detoured via WIS 107, County N and US 51. To avoid delays, motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow more time for travel.
Motorists can also expect weekday single lane closures on WIS 29.
