All of the properties were approved unanimously with the exception of the August Snyder Clothing Store, aka the Christie Building. Even though the measure did pass, one council member did vote no.
The council also approved the use of the gazebo and Sniteman Town Square Park, on April 22nd, by Linda Montgomery.
Linda plans on using the two places for the Million March against Child Abuse. This march is supposed to bring to the attention of law makers the need for stricter laws regarding child abuse.
