Greenwood Woman Going to Trial

-A Greenwood woman will be going to trial for drug charges.In August of 2012, the Clark County Sheriff?s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.
A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelley farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.
Beverly Kelley has one felony count of manufacturing THC filed against her.
At a motion hearing on Friday, a jury trial was set for the beginning of May.
Steve Kelley was already sentenced for his part in the crime. Steve received six months in jail, 3 years? probation, and must pay various court cost and fees.
