Granton Man Makes Court Appearance
Friday, March 1st, 2013 -- 8:56 AM
-A Granton man made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday. At the end of September, Terry VandeBerg called the Clark County Sheriff?s Department saying he had found the remnants of a meth lab in an abandoned home he had permission to ?scrap? from.
The items ended up being medical supplies left in the home from the previous owner, but the sheriff?s department suspected that VandeBerg wasn?t telling the truth.
In reality, he did not have permission to be on the property and he was intoxicated.
Probable cause was found during VandeBerg?s preliminary hearing after the court heard testimony from a Clark County Sheriff?s Deputy and viewed various pieces of evidence.
VandeBerg has entered a plea of not guilty to all charges and will appear in court again later this month.
