Last Man Involved in Neillsville Home Invasion Sentenced

-The last man involved in the home invasion that occurred a year ago here in Neillsville has been sentenced for his crimes.Cody Copeland-Struensee was accused of being the getaway driver for Alexander Lee and Robert Stargardt after they entered the home of Lance Poeschel and viciously attacked him with a pipe and bat.
Struensee has five charges filed against him. There were three felony charges that included armed robbery, burglary of a building, and substantial battery. There were also two misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property and theft of moveable property.
He was found guilty due to a no contest plea of the substantial battery charge and the receiving stolen property charge. The rest were dismissed, but read into the record.
Struensee will serve 6 months in jail and will then be on probation for 3 years. He must also follow the different terms of his probation and must pay over 35,000 dollars for the victims medical bills and lost wages.
Lee and Stargardt are already serving prison time for their parts in the crime.
