Coronavirus Numbers for November 10th

-Taking a look at some local coronavirus numbers:

Clark County has seen a total of 1,320 positive cases.  Of those, 341 are currently active and 97 needed to be hospitalized.  Clark County has 23 people die from the virus.  Wood has seen a total of 2,505 positive cases.  Of those 644 are active.  Wood has had 16 people die from the virus.

The state has seen a total of 271,770 positive cases (an increase of 4,360 over the previous day) and 2,329 deaths, an increase of 17 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 12,939, or 4%, have been hospitalized.  For our other neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 2,800 positive, Eau Claire has seen 5,131 positive, Jackson has seen 910 positive, Marathon has seen 6,858 positive and Taylor has seen 694 positive.

Marathon has had 75 people die from the virus; Chippewa has had 31 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 31 people die from the virus; Taylor has had 10 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had 2 people die from the virus.
