Stanley Man Will Spend 45 Years in Prison

-A Stanley man, and sex offender, was sentenced for more of his crimes on Tuesday.Daniel Galvez was found guilty of two counts stemming from the sexual assault of a teenage boy back in September. He was also sentenced for the assault of a young girl.
He had charges of first degree sexual assault of a child and incest with a child filed against him and was found guilty for those. He, and his attorney Gary Kryshak, did reach a plea deal with Assistant District Attorney Richard Lewis, and another charge of repeated sexual assault of a child was dismissed, but read into the record.
Judge Todd Wolf sentenced Galvez to 20 years in prison and he must pay various court costs and fines. He will serve his 20 years for Clark County after he finishes his 25 years in prison in Chippewa County when he was found guilty of sexually assaulting a young boy.
That?s a total of 45 years in prison.
