Babcock Man Sentenced for Pittsville Home Invasion

-A Babcock man was sentenced for his part in a home invasion in Pittsville.In March of this year, Jamie Mallory, as well as Jared and Josiah Voss, entered the home of Jeremiah and Cori Stebbins and attacked them. Jeremiah was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
Josiah Voss had the charges filed against him dropped down to misdemeanors and he entered a guilty plea. He owes the court over 1,000 dollars and will not see jail time unless he fails at any terms of his probation.
Mallory also had his charges of battery dropped down to three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Mallory was sentenced to one year probation by Judge Greg Potter. If he fails at any terms of his probation he could spend up to 90 days in jail. He must also pay various court costs and fines.
Jared Voss, the final man involved, has yet to be sentenced.
