Governor Walker Appoints Jackson County Coroner

-Governor Walker?s office announced the new Jackson County Coroner on Tuesday.Former Deputy Coroner, Karla Wood, has been named the new Jackson County Coroner.
In a news release, the Governor said, "Ms. Wood's experience will provide an easy transition for her to the role of coroner. She will serve the citizens of Jackson County well."
Wood currently works at Black River Memorial Hospital. She served as Deputy Coroner when she moved to Jackson County in 2000.
