Leader Selected For OEM's New Baldwin Facility

-Mark Tyler, President of OEM Fabricators, Inc. announced today that Christian Gausman has been named leader of the new Baldwin facility for OEM.Gausman, a native of Baldwin has quickly moved up at OEM Fabricators.
In high school, Gausman become interested in manufacturing operations through his technical education courses and, after graduating in 2002 from Baldwin-Woodville High School, Gausman attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology.
It was during his time at UW-Stout that Gausman starting working at OEM part time as an intern in the quality department. After graduation, OEM offered Gausman a full time job as a Project Manager.
Gausman continued his education while working full time and earned a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UW-Stout. Currently, Gausman is working towards earning his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
