Loyal Man Guilty of Arson and Theft

-A Loyal man was found guilty of arson and theft.Back in April, Luke Froeba stole a semi and burned it. He also stole a van and stole the radio and GPS from it.
Charges of theft of moveable property, arson, and taking a vehicle without consent were filed against him. Froeba entered a plea of no contest to the felony arson charge and misdemeanor theft charge. The final charge of taking a vehicle without consent was dismissed, but read into the record.
Froeba is on a total of four years of probation for his crimes. However, if he fails at any terms of his probation he could face a total of one year and three months in jail and two years extended supervision.
Terms of Froeba?s probation include no alcohol, receive any counseling deemed necessary, and pay all of his court cost.
