16-Year-Old Found Guilty for His Part in Crime Spree

Friday, October 19th, 2012 -- 8:23 AM

-A 16-year-old, who is being tried as an adult, made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.

Blade Multerer has been accused of setting several fires and taking part in a house burglary. The long list of charges filed against him includes arson, theft, criminal damage, and more.

Back in August, a deal had been offered to Multerer and his attorney, but it was rejected and Multerer was going to have a trial in late November.

Now, a new deal has been accepted and Multerer did enter a plea of guilty to six of the sixteen different charges filed against him. Multerer entered a plea of guilty to driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of theft of moveable property less than 5000 dollars, criminal damage to property, theft of moveable property greater than or equal to 2500 dollars, and arson.

The rest of the charges were dismissed but read into the record.

Multerer will appear in court at the beginning of December for his sentencing hearing.
