-A Babcock man accused of entering the home of a Pittsville couple and attacking them didn?t show up for a recent scheduled court appearance. In March of this year, Jamie Mallory, as well as Jared and Josiah Voss, entered the home of Jeremiah and Cori Stebbins and attacked them. Jeremiah was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
Last month, Josiah Voss had the charges filed against him dropped down to misdemeanors and he entered a guilty plea. He owes the court over 1,000 dollars and will not see jail time unless he fails at any terms of his probation
Jared Voss will appear in court again in November for sentencing as he had entered a plea of no contest to a couple felony charges.
Jamie Mallory was supposed to appear on Thursday of last week for a plea hearing regarding his part in the crime.
However, Mallory didn?t show and now has a bench warrant out for his arrest.
