Stanley Native Named VP Of Instruction At CVTC

A native of Stanley who taught at Eau Claire Memorial High School for nine years has been named the new Vice President of Instruction at Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Roger Stanford has been with the college since 2001, starting as an instructor in marketing. He most recently served as Director of Professional Development.

Stanford attended CVTC after graduating from Stanley-Boyd High School. He completed the two year Marketing program in 1986, after which he served six years in the military. After completing his bachelor's degree in marketing education through UW-Stout, he bagan his teaching career at Memorial High School.

In his new role as Vice President of Instruction, Stanford reports directly to CVTC President Bruce Barker as the supervisor of all educational programs offered by the college.
