Owen Woman Arrested for Attempting Drug Delivery to Stanley Prison Inmate

-An Owen woman has been arrested for trying to deliver drugs to a Stanley Prison Inmate.Last Thursday, Cathleen Shook, age 57, arrived at the Stanley Prison with her 4-year-old granddaughter to visit her son, Robert Bounds Jr., age 40.
During the visit, Shook attempted to deliver a large quantity of Tramadol, a prescription medication, to Bounds.
After being interviewed by officers of the Stanley Police Department, Shook was arrested for Delivering Articles to an Inmate; a Class I Felony.
Human Services has been involved because of Shook's grandchild being present.
Shook will also be charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver to a Person in Jail. Bounds will be referred for charges of being a Party to a Crime.
Earlier this year, Bounds was convicted of Burglary for breaking into InstyMeds Machines and stealing money at hospitals in Stanley, Chippewa Falls, and Osseo in 2011.
