-There were two different outcomes for the two men who allegedly broke into the Marshfield High School.Stephen Moore and James Walley turned themselves into police last month after they were caught on video breaking into the Marshfield High School.
The two men stole a computer mouse and a stapler. Police later did a search of Walley?s apartment and discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia.
At his next court appearance on October 24th, Moore will be entering a plea for the one charge of burglary of a building that is filed against him.
On the same day, Walley will have a jury trial as he has several more charges filed against him which include possession of THC, drug paraphernalia, and illegally obtained prescriptions.
The possession charges are all misdemeanor charges, but the burglary charge that both Moore and Walley have are felony charges.
