Man Involved in Home Invasion Found Guilty of Another Felony Charge

-The man involved in a vicious home invasion has been found guilty of another felony charge.Alexander Lee and two accomplices entered the home of Lance Poeschel, in Neillsville, in early February and viciously beat him with a pipe and bat. They also stole several items.
Lee was found guilty of the attack and sentenced to 10 years in prison and owes over 40,000 dollars in restitution and court costs.
Since he was caught and been in prison, Lee had a new charge of battery by prisoner, repeater filed against him, which is a felony. He also had a charge of substantial battery intended bodily harm, repeater filed against him.
Lee did plead guilty to the first charge and the second was dismissed, but read into the record.
Lee will serve 3 years in prison concurrent to the 10 years he was sentenced to for the home invasion. He will also be on 3 years of extended supervision which will be concurrent to the 8 years he will be on for the home invasion.
Lee is also facing drug charges in Marathon County.
