Three Different Outcomes for Three Wood County Home Invasion Suspects

-Three Wood County men accused of breaking into a Pittsville couple?s home and attacking them had three very different outcomes in a recent court appearance.Jamie Mallory, Jared Voss, and Josiah Voss have two counts of felony substantial battery and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct filed against them.
Jamie Mallory will appear in court again in October for a plea hearing regarding the two felony battery charges and one misdemeanor disorderly charge.
Jared Voss will appear in court again in November for a sentencing hearing. He was found guilty of the two felony battery charges due to a no contest plea. The misdemeanor disorderly was dismissed on the prosecutor?s motion.
The charges against Josiah Voss were all dropped down and include three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He did plead guilty to two of the disorderly charges and the final charge was dismissed on the prosecutor?s motion.
Josiah owes a total of $1,128.00 to the court. He is also on four years of probation and should he fail at any terms of probation, he will go to jail for 60 days. He must also undergo counseling.
