Friday, August 31st, 2012 -- 8:10 AM
-One of the first suspects involved in the crime spree that spread between Clark and Wood Counties has made a plea of guilty.Christopher Bialozor and his attorney George Miller accepted a deal from Assistant District Attorney Richard Lewis.
Bialozor has pleaded guilty to two charges of burglary of a building or dwelling. The charges of arson, another charge of burglary of a building, and two charges of theft were read into the record, but dismissed.
Richard Lewis agreed to the plea deal, as Bialozor has been cooperative and Lewis believes he was not a ringleader or even an instigator, just a follower.
A pre-sentencing investigation has been ordered and Bialozor will be sentenced in November.
