Josh Knecht Is New Marshfield Girls Volleyball Coach

Assistant Josh Knecht will take over as head volleyball coach at Marshfield High School next season. 

Knecht has been with the Tiger program for the last 13 seasons, spending ten years as the JV coach, and the last three seasons as varsity assistant.  He also teaches chemistry at Marshfield High School. 

Knecht succeeds Dawn Sadowska, who is retiring after serving as Tiger head coach for 33 years as head coach.  During her tenure, Sadowska earned 847 wins, 13 conference championships, and appeared at the WIAA state tournament seven times.
