Amarina is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Amarina

Age: 10-weeks-old

Breed: Australian Cattle Dog or Red Heeler

Meet Amarina, the Pet of the Week! Amarina is the sweetest little girl! She is ten weeks old and weighs 12.9#. She is an Australian Cattle Dog, or Red Heeler. She has a short-haired coat that's mostly white with lots of speckles and beautiful perky ears.

She came to CCHS with her two brothers, Drifter and Wiley, from a local farm. Amarina is a typical puppy who enjoys playing with her toys and her brothers. But her favorite activity is to cuddle with her favorite people. She loves attention from everybody she meets.

She has just been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, so is all ready to find her new family today! She has lots and lots of love to share, so please submit your adoption application for Amarina (or one of her brothers!) on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, so be sure to check them all out.  You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Amarina, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
