Coronavirus Numbers for January 21st

For local coronavirus numbers:

Clark County has seen a total of 3,018 positive cases, an increase of 14 over the previous day.  Of those, 80 are currently active.  Clark County has had 54 people die from the virus.

The state has seen a total of 525,924 positive cases (an increase of 1,522 over the previous day) and 5,562 deaths, an increase of 50 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 23,363, or 4%, have been hospitalized.

For our other neighboring counties:

In total, Chippewa has seen 6,560 positive and 74 deaths.

Eau Claire has seen 10,177 positive and 92 deaths,

Jackson has seen 2,507 positive and 20 deaths.

Marathon has seen 12,970 positive and 167 deaths.

Taylor has seen 1,714 positive and 19 deaths

And Wood has seen a total of 6,155 positive cases and 63 deaths.
