Tomah Man Enters Plea for Sexual Assault of a Child in Clark County Court

A Tomah man charged with sexual assault of a child in Clark County entered a plea in court on Thursday.

According to court records, Brandon Sanders was charged in April of last year after a woman informed the Clark County Sheriff’s Department in October of 2019 that her child had been assaulted by Sanders in the spring and summer of 2019.

During Sanders plea hearing on Thursday, Sanders was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, repeated sexual assault of a child. He’s scheduled for sentencing on November 19th.
