Neillsville Boys BB Improves to 5-0

The Neillsville boys basketball team continued their winning ways with a 76-59 win over Greenwood on Friday night.

The Warriors led 20-15 after one quarter led by Matt Dux's 9 points. Neillsville outscored Greenwood in the second quarter 22-15 to take a 42-30 halftime lead. Matt Dux had 13 points and Mikey Dux added 11.

Neillsville built a 20 point lead after 3, led by Mikey Dux's 13 points. Greenwood outscored Neillsville in the final frame 17-14 led by Wes Wuetrich's 9 points but the Warrior lead was too much to overcome and Neillsville gets the win 76-59 to improve to 5-0. Greenwood falls to 5-2 overall and 4-1 in the ECC.

Mikey and Matt Dux led all scorers with 24 points each. Nick Thoma added 10.
Wuetrich led Greenwood with 17.
