Catholic Central captured it's second WIAA Division 4 Boys basketball championship in as many tries, knocking off Abbotsford 68-58 on Saturday afternoon at the Kohl Center in Madison. Central also won the title in 2001.

The Hilltoppers knocked off Randolph to advance to the state tournament, ending the Rockets four year championship run. Rion Rayfield scored 25 points and Bennett Deacon added 16 for Catholic Central in the win as they wrap up the title with a 26-1 record. Abbotsford got 15 points from Brian Lecheler and 14 from Andrew Frank, falling to 25-2 with the runnerup finish.
