-The last man involved in the home invasion in Pittsville has been sentenced.

In March of this year, Jared Voss, as well as Josiah Voss and Jamie Mallory, entered the home of Jeremiah and Cori Stebbins and attacked them. Jeremiah was taken to the hospital with head injuries.

Jared Voss was found guilty of two felony charges of substantial battery, intended bodily harm. Voss was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison followed by 2 years of extended supervision. As part of his probation he cannot enter any establishment whose primary purpose is to sell or serve alcohol, must go through any counseling deemed necessary, undergo a psychological evaluation, and take all prescribed medications. He must also pay various court costs and fines.

Josiah Voss had the charges filed against him dropped down to misdemeanors and he entered a guilty plea. He owes the court over 1,000 dollars and will not see jail time unless he fails at any terms of his probation.

Jamie Mallory also had his charges of battery dropped down to three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Mallory was sentenced to one year probation. If he fails at any terms of his probation he could spend up to 90 days in jail. He must also pay various court costs and fines.
