Loyal Still Pushing Raze Order

-The City of Loyal is still pushing a raze order on their post office building.

Back in September, the city sent out a notice to the building’s owner to force him to either fix the problems with the building or raze it himself. They received no response.

The portion of the building that holds the post office would be left alone as there are no serious problems with that part of the building.

However, the roofs on the northern and western part of the building are caved in, there are broken windows, and other problems.

The city is in the process of filing a lawsuit so they can demolish the dilapidated parts of the building, but it is unclear as to just how long that may take.

Once the work on those portions of the building commence, it is not expected to affect the post office in anyway.
