Withee City Council Meeting and Highground Donation

-Here are some quick local news stories:
It was another short meeting for the Withee City Council on Monday.
The council approved their police contract with Owen and they also reviewed their 2013 budget.
The city also decided to give money to the Rural Water Development Retirement Fund.
Withee’s next City Council Meeting will be on January 14th.
Also, Louis and Inez Chicquette made a trip to The Highground on Saturday, December 8th to bring their gift of a donation personally to The Highground.
Traveling all the way from Red Wing, MN, the Chicquette’s donation helps support the mission of healing and education at The Highground.
Their generous donation will be used for an upcoming project this spring.
