Neillsville Businesses Battling for "Best Christmas Tree in Town"

-Three area businesses are vying for the title of “Best Christmas Tree in Town” and local residents are encouraged to vote for their favorite simply by placing non-perishable food items in the box next to the tree.
Participating businesses, all located in a two-block radius, are: Bookkeeping Plus, 450 Hewett St.; Fringe Benefits, 134 E. Fifth St.; and Mid-Wisconsin Bank, 500 West St.
The winner by popular vote will be the tree that collected the most items, which will be counted at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 21st.
All donations will be given to the Neillsville food pantry to help feed those in need this holiday season.
A second winner will be determined by a panel of three judges, with points awarded for creativity and unique use of materials. Both winners will receive lunch from Subway delivered to their business.
The contest is sponsored by the Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce and Subway.
