NACC Seeking Nominations for Recognition Banquet

-The Annual Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce Recognition Banquet will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013.
In preparation for that event, the NACC is seeking nominations for the following three awards:
The Business of the Year Excellence in Achievement Award. In order to qualify, the nominee must be in business at least five years, be a Chamber member, and the achievements referenced must be based on the 2012 calendar year.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Nominees for this award must be either independently owned businesses or a franchise which an individual has invested in. The business must employ less than 10 full-time equivalency employees and be a Chamber member.
Selection will be based on the following criteria: creative concept the business offers; community involvement; expansion of products, services, or employees; need for product or service; and involvement with the Chamber or other special activities in the area.
The Spotlight Award. This award is to honor an individual who, through activities and initiatives, has made a significant positive impact on tourism, economic development, or community growth.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 28th. A business or individual may nominate themselves for an award.
