Black River Falls Man Killed in ATV Accident

-A Black River Falls man was killed when his ATV overturned.
Marvin Waldsmith, age 54, was driving up a steep hill while deer hunting in Jackson County, when the ATV hit a log and tipped over backwards.
Waldsmith was pinned underneath and his son went for help.
Tragically, the damage was done and deputies pronounced him dead a short time later.
