Here some upcoming events from the Neillsville Rec. Department...

Men's Volleyball To Begin:

The Neillsville Recreation Department will be organizing a Men's Volleyball League on Monday nights at the Neillsville Middle School Gym. Play will begin at 7:30 beginning November 19th. Individuals age 16 and older of any skill level are welcome. New teams are selected each evening. No pre-registration is needed. Fee is $15 for 15 weeks of play. Youth 3rd & 4th Grade Basketball To Begin:

The Neillsville Recreation Department will be organizing a youth basketball program for 3rd & 4th grade boys and girls, beginning November 12th. The fundamentals of passing, shooting & dribbling along with basic defensive will be taught. Practices will be held on Monday nights from 5:45-7:15 in the Elementary School Gym. (an optional practice on Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 will also be included). Members of the NHS girls varsity program will assist. No previous experience is necessary. Adult Exercise & Rehab Swim:

The Neillsville Rec. Dept. offers Adult exercise and rehabilitation swimming at the Neillsville Pool at the following times:
Monday & Wednesday 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Individuals can work at their own pace, with plenty of positive reinforcement from their peers. Fee is $1.50 For more information phone 743-2400.
