Former Stanley Preacher Found Guilty

-A former Stanley preacher entered a plea of guilty to sexual assault.
Ervin Witmer, a former pastor of the Church of Brethren in Stanley, resigned last year after he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy he met in a chat room.
Witmer had three charges of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child filed against him.
He entered a plea of guilty for one of them and the other two were dismissed but read into the record.
His sentencing is scheduled for December.
