-The pregnant Marshfield woman that was doused in gasoline and threatened to be set on fire is doing fine, according to Marshfield Police.

Officials say the woman and her unborn child are doing well after she was doused in gasoline, threatened to be set on fire, punched in the stomach several times, and even strangled at one point.

The 23-year-old woman was attacked by a 28-year-old man Saturday afternoon.

Police are not releasing the suspect's name at this time because charges haven't been requested yet. Investigators expect that to happen by early next week.

The man is in the Marathon County Jail.
