NUISANCE TAGS AVAILABLE FOR CITY OF NEILLSVILLE

Anyone that lives in the city limits of Neillsville knows that deer are a problem. The City of Neillsville has been issued Nuisance Deer Tags from the DNR. The tags are free, and it’s hoped hunters may help diminish the problem. Hunters may use their 2004 archery license, which is valid until March 31st and can get in contact with the Police Department for more information. There are specific areas in the city which have been earmarked for hunting – again more information can be obtained from the Police Department at 743-3122.
