NEILLSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT CALLED TO AN ACCIDENT

The Neillsville Fire Department was called yesterday to the scene of a two-vehicle accident. The accident occurred around 3 p.m. near the intersection of US HWY 10 and County Highway “B” near the Wildcat Inn. Fire Chief Matt Meyer says the crew used the Jaws of Life to remove a female occupant of one of the vehicles. She was airlifted to Eau Claire. Her condition is not known. There was at least one other injury in the accident. An accident report was not available Thursday morning.
