Loyal Man Wants to "Start Over"
Friday, August 10th, 2012 -- 8:22 am Posted by Riley Hebert-News Director
-A Loyal man made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.
Luke Froeba, of Loyal, has charges of theft of moveable property, arson, and taking a vehicle without consent filed against him after he stole a semi and burned it. He also stole a van and stole the radio and GPS from it.
During the plea hearing, Defense Attorney Christine Kuczynski said they did not want to enter a plea yet because Froeba is trying to “start over.”
It was decided that a decision needed to be made today, so Judge Jon Counsell and Darwin Zweig set a jury trial for December.
Kuzyncki and her client had talked about this if it came to that and they agreed on it. Froeba will appear in court again in December.
