Public's Help Wanted In Nekoosa Theft

The Nekoosa Police Department and Wood County Crime Stoppers are requesting assistance from the public with a recently reported theft case.

Sometime between 10:30 Tuesday night and 4:45 am this morning, a vehicle was discovered to have been broken into in the 300 block of Buehler Ave. in the City of Nekoosa. A substantial amount of cash was taken from a purse that had been in the vehicle.
