Mya Rowe, the owner of the center, said that these therapies are great ways to help the body heal naturally.
Mya said, "Excessive amounts of stress can cause adverse effects to the body. Massage can help release those levels. It's a great alternative method to surgeries and pills."
Mya has been a massage therapist since 2008.
The Wellness Center has many therapies and massages to offer everybody like Swedish Massage, Reiki, and hot stone massage.
The Wellness Center also offers a deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, hydro therapy, pregnancy and infancy massages, and other therapies as well.
