Clark County Residents Make Court Apperances

-Two Clark County residents had appearances in Clark County Court yesterday.
Luke Froeba, of Loyal, appeared for a status conference regarding an incident in which he set a semi on fire and also stole a van and stole the GPS and radio from it.
A preliminary hearing has been set to for June.
Also, Scott Gurklis made his initial appearance. Gurklis had charges of battery and strangulation filed against him when he allegedly tried to choke his boss when they got into a heated argument.
Gurklis’ attorney waived the reading of the complaint as well as the time limits for a preliminary hearing.
He has future court dates set for June and July.
