Greenwood School Board Holds Special Meeting

-The Greenwood School board had a special meeting Monday evening.
The board has upgraded the Health curriculum so it is now meeting all state mandates and Health teacher Penny Wehrs will put together a parent advisory committee to discuss the changes.
The nursing contract was improved as well as the purchase of the star enterprise for math and other subjects.
Lindsey Johnson was hired as the new Title 1 teacher and summer help was hired as well including Lindsey Guenther who will be the 1st grade summer school teacher.
Also, Greenwood will not have its golf program next year because Owen-Withee has dropped their golf program and Greenwood was partnered with Owen-Withee.
However, Greenwood will continue to look to other schools to partner with so they can have the golf program again.
