"Work Day" Saturday On Softball Field

The Neillsville Booster has planned a "work day" for this Saturday at the Neillsville high school softball diamonds and concession stand.
The school will provide the materials, we just need the manpower. With the solid improvements made on the baseball complex, we now have one of the most impressive spring sports set-ups in all of the state. Now we just need to keep up with the needed repairs.
Both the varsity home and visitor duggouts need a second coat of stain/paint. We also would like to build permanent seating in both duggouts, we now use the same set of benches that are used for football in the Fall. We also would like to build some type of permanent bench for the visiting team (third base line) for the JV softball diamond.
A few minor improvements are needed on the concession stand as well, as the restaining of the picnic tables. As you can see we need individuals with carpenter skills as well as a great number of individuals who can paint/stain. Please bring along a brush if you have one handy.
The work day starts at 9:00 a.m. We will grill out lunch for those who can stay into the afternoon. If you can't make it right away at 9:00, please come whenever you can. We are sure we will be working throughout the afternoon.
